病人權利 Patient Rights

平等Equality

本院對所有病人均公平對待,不分疾病、性別、種族、地理位置及社經地位,皆能平等的接受適當的醫療服務。
Our hospital provides appropriate medical services to every patient regardless of diseases, genders, races, geographic locations or social classes.

 

安全Safety

本院會確保您的安全,避免病人由於照護而造成傷害。
Our hospital ensures your safety, and prevents patients harmed caused from care.

 

告知說明  Informed Explanation

秉持「病人為中心」的概念,在您住院期間,本院醫師診治時,會向您或您的陪病家屬說明病情、主要檢查、檢驗、治療方針及預後之病情。
Based on the concept of “Patient-Centered Care”, our doctors will explain your medical conditions, major examinations, tests, treatment principles and prognosis to you or your accompanied family members.

 

隱私Privacy

您在接受醫療服務的過程中,都應受到適當的尊重。於就醫過程中所知的病情、健康等資訊,均依法善盡保密義務。如果您不願意讓訪客查知您住院的訊息,請告知住院中心或護理站。
You should receive appropriate respect during the process of medical services delivery. Our hospital will do our best to fulfill the responsibility by law on confidentiality protecting your medical conditions and information known during the process of medical services. If you do not wish to make your hospitalization information accessible to visitors, please notify the admission office or nursing station.

 

持續照護 Continuing Care

在您出院時,會依您的需要協助辦理轉診或安排居家護理。
We will assist you in arranging transfer or home care visits according to your needs on your discharging from the hospital,

 


 

專業識別 Specialty identification

本院醫事人員均佩戴識別證。若未佩戴識別證者,您可以拒絕其所提供之醫療服務。
All our medical staffs wear identifications. You may reject any medical services provided by those do not have the identification.

 

知情同意Informed consent

除非緊急狀況,醫師在進行任何侵入性檢查治療或手術開始前,必須取得您的「知情同意」書面證明。
Unless of emergencies, doctors must obtain your written informed-consent before performing any invasive procedures or operations.

 

預立醫療決定Advanced directives

您有權利主張您的「預立醫療囑咐」(事先規劃自己的醫療決定以備不時之需)、「不實施心肺復甦術」及「器官捐贈」意願或指定代理人代表您做醫療方面的決定。
You have the right to sign your living will (a medical decision planed in advance for contingent use), such as Do-Not-Resuscitate, Organ Donation or your designated health proxy for medical decisions.

 

拒絕權力 Right to Refuse Care

您有權利拒絕任何藥物、治療、檢查或手術,然醫師有責任告知您拒絕後的醫療後果。
You have the rights to reject any medicines, treatments, examinations, or operations, and your doctor has the responsibility to inform the results of your rejection.

 

意見反應 Complaint and Grievance Procedures
