告知說明 Informed Explanation
Based on the concept of “Patient-Centered Care”, our doctors will explain your medical conditions, major examinations, tests, treatment principles and prognosis to you and/or your accompanied family members.
You should be adequately respected during the process of medical services delivery. All the information we know about your medical conditions and health status during the process of medical services would be kept completely confidential. Please notify the admission office or nursing station if you are not willing to make your hospitalization information accessible to visitors.
持續照護 Continuing Care
We will assist you in arranging referral or home care visiting according to your needs before you are discharged from the hospital.
專業識別 Specialty Identification
All our medical staffs are required to wear identifications. You may refuse any medical services provided by those who do not have the identification.
Unless of emergencies, doctors must obtain your written informed-consent form before performing any invasive procedures or operations.
To protect your medical autonomy, you have the right to discuss your medical decision for the end of your life or specific clinical condition in advance with your medical team. We provide all inpatients complete advance-care planning documents so that their wishes and end-of-life care preferences concerning cardiopulmonary resuscitation or life-sustaining treatments can be respected when they are diagnosed with a terminal illness or certain clinical conditions. To extend the love, people may also choose to donate their organs, tissues or body for clinical, research or teaching purposes. For details, please consult your medical team.

You have the rights to refuse any medical treatments including medication, examinations, and/or operations. However, your doctor has the responsibility to inform the results of your rejection.
