The correct answer is B, Gram-chromotrope stain, also know as quick-hot Gram-chromotrope stain.  This is a faster technique compared to the chromotrope 2R (also knows as Weber's chromotrope stain), which combines the chromotrope stain with a step from the Gram's staining procedure.  Use of this procedure results in crisp violet staining of the spores.
