The correct answer is B, a minimum of 3 stool samples, each sample collected at least 2 days after the previous.  Because of intermittent shedding of the parasite, spacing the collection interval increases the yield as compared with daily collection.  Answers C and D are incorrect because one should avoid collecting stool specimens following enemas or drug treatment.  As for answer A, there is no need for a first stool.
