Notes

1. Important Notes for Online Appointment Booking: Cancellations must be made no later than one day before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in being added to your no-show record.
2. If you have more than 3 no-show records, you will be barred from making appointments for one month starting from the date of the 3rd no-show.
3. We recommend using the in-clinic appointment booking system during your appointment hours to save your valuable time.
